My name is David Price. I am an editorial, portrait, and light-commercial tabletop photographer in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
I have been taking photographs of people most of my life. I find that I tend to concentrate on faces. Using light and shadow, and adding in or removing some context, helps tell entire volumes of stories. Everybody has a story to tell. My job is to do that visually. I love being able to do that!
When I do tabletop photography, I get to help make your product a hero.
My style tends towards making uncluttered photographs that connect with a moment, an emotion, or a story. I don’t feel the need to make images that look over-processed. It’s about telling your story through images.
How can I help you capture that?
When I’m not making photographs, I enjoy being a working professional teaching music in the public schools. Yes, we still exist! I deliver, day in and day out, quality in a professional manner. It doesn’t matter whether I am talking about music, education, or photography. It is at the core of who I am and what I do. I am an Eclectic. In my mind, everything is important, and everything is inter-connected. That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it!
